Disappointing Service Experience

I went to return an item that was affected my health to Dischem New Market and to my shock, I received such a disappointing service from the Cosmetic manager, her assistant and to top it off with the attitude, the Frontline Supervisor. Ladies, Customer Service is about integrity and kindness, NOT Attitudes. A big shout out to Carla, Nicole and Florence @ Dischem Bedford Centre for always serving their clients with care and their welcoming spirits, willingness to help with smiles. Another's big shout out to Nosisa and Sunelle who are always willing to help with a smile on their faces. To the 3 ladies, please get some learnings from the other ladies mentioned as Customer Service is the main factor of a revenue growth.
