Disappointing service

This order was ready for collection Wednesday 06 January. I then ordered meds and requested it the click and collect order be delivered with the medication. The person instore who assisted took down all my details and agreed the 2 orders would be shipped together. Thursday 07 January, my medication is delivered minus the click and collect order which was ready for collection the day before. I then sent an email to which I have had no response. Quite poor on the part of the company to not have followed up with me over 24 hours later.
