disappointing service

the Dischem in Stellenbosch private hospital at Elsie du toit drive is an absolute mess. (the pharmacists excluded they are always friendly and helpful and really go the extra mile). But the staff working behind the till leave boxes and papers and trolleys everywhere when they restock, this shop is already small now you have an obstacle course to deal with when you just buy a cooldrink. The shop opens at 9 however they do their cash up first, so this morning at 09:10 they weren't able to help me because they were still doing a till cash up ??? PERHAPS this should be done before the store opens? They didn't acknowledge me standing right In front of them, I had to ask if they can assist me. When they rep**** no they have to finish counting and loading money in till. I left what i wanted to buy on the counter and walked out. I mean really? first ignoring me and bad service. Many times I have thought of complaining but I bite my tongue but this morning was my last nerve. Many times I have gone there, the staff don't stop private/personal conversations they finish the conversations before they help you regardless how long you stand there. I have even gone there when they are on the phone (speaker) with head office HR department discussing their leave dates. then too you must just stand there and listen to pointless conversations till they are done and able to assist. The desk where you have to put your goods on the counter that you want to purchase is always a mess. Files and papers everywhere sometimes you don't even know where to put the stuff you want to buy for them to ring it up.

this pharmacy is in a private hospital it needs to be clean and efficient

its just an absolute circus at the moment
