Disappointing Service

Placed an order online on the 26 November 2022 and I am still awaiting for the order, they phone lines don't get answered and nor do my emails to enquire what is happening. Its shocking the level of service they are now providing. I cannot believe that this is the road they are going down. Highly disappointed as I was one of your loyal customers.
