disappointing service

I am so annoyed by the service I received at green valley mall Dischem...I stood at the beauty counter for half an hour waiting for service and there was only one lady there, busy chatting about unrelated topics to another lady (who didn't work for Dischem)...I asked her if there's only one consultant and she looked at me in a very condescending way and said "yes...but what do you want". I got extremely annoyed and said I am looking for a face range (which I had to repeat multiple times because she was half listening to me and asked me to repeat myself in such a silly manner) I told her that I have sensitive skin which dries out especially in winter...she then said I need to buy a Clarins product which is the cleansing milk for oily skin...I told her that my face is dry not oily and she said she knows what she's talking about many customers are happier with the results and she convinced my mom and I that this product will work and that I need to use a non fragranced lotion on my face to keep it hydrated...well!!! my face broke out and my skin is so dry that I am in discomfort most of the day...I hate the texture of the cream I got. This isn't the first time I received treatment like this at Dischem where the consultants give you a bit of their attention because it's their job.

I refuse to go back to that branch. Totally pathetic
