Disappointing Experience at Dis-Chem Kenilworth

Today I visited the Dis-Chem in Kenilworth Centre. Ajay Ranchoo, a pharmacist. I was very disappointed with his service. We had 3 items that couldn't go through medical aid. He suggested the items that could go and merely directed us to the aisle. What I expected was for him to tell us the brands that will go through and help us select them. This would have saved a lot of time.

I think this is just the culture at Dis-chem Kenilworth. I also asked to be assisted with purchasing Polaroid earphones, I was merely directed to "aisle number 3". I was also very disgusted with how the rest of the staff was hanging around the aisles in groups, having loud conversations and failing to assist customers. This was a very unpleasant shopping experience.
