Disappointing Delivery Service

I'm beyond disappointed with Dis-Chem's delivery for my online order. I'm in Gqeberha and now, 9 working days after placing and paying R1450 for my order, apparently my parcel is currently travelling from Isando to George! This is after receiving a message 2 days after placing the order that Cape Road Dis-Chem Gqeberha was processing it. Mind-boggling!
