Disappointed with online shopping and customer service

After making sure that everything I purchased from their online store was in stock (if they don't have in stock it won't let you add it to your cart), dischem charged me for my order and I received an order number. 5 days and multiple emails later with absolutely no response from Dischem as to when I can expect my order, I phoned the branch. Only to be told that they do not have the items on stock, are trying to source from other branches but may have to give me a voucher for their online store. As if I would want to use their online facilities again. I am extremely disappointed as I expected more from such a large, well known company.
