Disappointed with Dischem Clinic Services

I am highly disappointed with the services I received at Dischem Clinic. Prior to my visit, I called to confirm the cost and scope of an assessment that would include blood tests and sugar levels. I was informed that a consultation with a doctor would cost R360 and with a nurse R350. Based on this information, I booked an appointment.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that the blood tests would cost an additional R450 and the sugar test R12. Had I known this beforehand, I would have simply visited my regular doctor, where I could have had a comprehensive check-up. Instead, I ended up paying R350 for a basic check-up of blood pressure and weight, services I can easily access at home.

I feel completely misled and extremely frustrated. I specifically asked for all the details over the phone and was not given accurate information. This experience has left me feeling like I wasted both my time and money. I expected transparency and honesty, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment I faced. I will not be using Dischem Clinic services again.
