Disappointed with cashier service

I was quite disappointed with the service I received today Whilst paying, the lady by the till did not put all my things in the plastic and did not offer me any more plastics the other one was full when i ask for another plastic, she told me she had already closed the purchase Ok fine, then i ask to purchase the second plastic bag,which i do, but she doesnt pack the rest of my things in it I feel that was not proper way to treat a customer, am i wrong?
