Disappointed in the Online Order System.

I just had a terrible experience with Dis-chem. I ordered 4 items (only 3 brands) on the 3rd of October in hopes that the parcels would arrive within 3 days time as they say since my order wasn't so much.

I had to call them yesterday (the 6th) after sending 2 follow up emails and not receiving replies. I finally decided to call and that's when the contact agent I spoke to told me that my stuff are taking long to be delivered because they can't find an item I ordered. Why not tell me from the day the order was processed? Why doesn't the dischem website or app provide an alternative if certain items are unavailable? Why aren't our emails being rep**** to?

I'm so disappointed.
