Disappointed in dischem manager

Bought foundation from dischem in hemmingways, east london and when I got home and tried it on, I noticed that I bought the wrong shade. So I went back to the store to exchange for the correct shade, the manager was so rude to me and told me it was not their fault I bought the incorrect shade. Their manager needs to be trained on how to deal with customer queries
