Disappointed in Dischem Disney promo.

Disappointed in Dischem Disney promo. We had collected 37 stamps and wanted the item on 40 stamps. I had 7 stamps on my app and thought i could use them to make up the total. But this was not the case. The lady at Dischem Olympus told me that you cannot use the app stamps to make up extra totals. I does not make sense.
