Disappointed first time online shopper

I am have never shopped online before but decided to shop on the Dischem website when i saw the Black Friday make up specials. I received my order and there were two items missing. The Receipt from the store has these 2 items highlighted in pink but no explanation was given as to why it is missing or a way forward. I emailed the care line but have not received a response and tried calling the number provided and it seems to be permanently engaged. Yes the value of the missing items may not be high but the principle of the matter is i paid for something and would like to have received it or at the very least gotten an explanation.
