Disappointed Dischem client
Hi I am disappointed with the service provided by Dischem Cornubia, regarding my papsmear report that was done on Tuesday the 5 October 2021. I was asvised i will receive this report within 2 to 3 days, as I advised the nurse that its needed by Monday the 11 October 2021, I called to dischem again on Saturday and I was advised i will receive the by end of day on Saturday and still no report as my apointment is today.

I have finally received the report for tge papasmear on the same Monday that i jeeded it, but only after I called Lancet laboratories which was ever so quick in service and had advises that they did send the report to Dischem, and a few minutes thereafter the report was forwarded again from the nurse at dischem, after me informing them about me at the hospital and the doctor needed the report urgently, but the service by the nurse on the day of my papsmear was awesome she was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Big ups to nurse who was so caring and kind.
