Disappointed Dis-chem customer.

Hi, I would like to share my Disappointment with the Dis-Chem branch in Cavendish Mall. We were shopping and bought a trolley full of goods just to find out after we've paid YOU as a consumer are not allowed to take any trolleys out of the store. YOU as Dis-chem expect a consumer to fill a trolley with goods but do not allow the consumer to get their goods to their car easily and conveniently. This happened to my wife a few months ago where she was late in her pregnancy and was expected to carry all of the heavy goods she bought by hand to the car. Shame on you Dis-chem, you market yourself as a place for care but in reality you are a greedy retailer that does not care about their customer. You have lost a consumer and I will not be supporting you in future.
