Disappointed
On the 16 January I took my child in for an immunisation at Dischem Princess Crossing
Sister Lucy was on duty and was the coldest Sister Iv ever come across.
I was accompanied by my 4year old son who had missed his MMR at 18 months and wanted to find out if he can get one. She agreed but with attitude asked why I took so long to get him immunised, I responded then she just gave me a cold shoulder
She then injected my 12weeks son then said I should go pay. I had to ask her if he's growing accordingly the she just said yes and picked up the landline to make a call
She wasn't friendly, didn't advise what the normal weight and height is at his growth and after effects occur. She had no care.
I then wrote a complaint and have to heard from Dis-Chem
The service at Dischem President Hyper is appalling
