Disappointed at Dis-Chem Farrarmere (Benoni)

Today could've turned into a nightmare at Dis-Chem Farrarmere, Benoni - as we don't have a medical aid... We got what we wanted at the Self-Help Dispensary and then walked toward the till point.

A merchandiser was packing shelves and did not move a metal shelf hook (±30cm in length) that was lying in the middle of the aisle. My wife tripped over it, twisting her ankle in the process. I called the manager and I confronted him regarding compensation. He didn't even care if my wife was injured or not. All he needed to have done was to escort her to the clinic sister for an assessment! The manager in question is T****. He has NO managerial s****s when it comes to dealing with clients.
