Disappointed and enraged

Took my kids for immunization at Dischem Northgate Clinic and I will never go back there. Sister Garwood is not only rude but her interpersonal s****s left a bitter taste in my mouth. My 9month old daughter got her injection first and of course started crying and my son is scared of needles so when it was his turn he started acting up. Me and hubby where trying to calm him down but sister Garwood felt the need to scold him and tell him that he is a drama queen, she has had kids younger than him coming in and behaving far better than him. She continued to tell us how we are wasting her time and that we need to undress our son so she can do her job, even though that's what my husband was doing. She was also very rough when injecting him, like someone who really does not care. I will never go to a facility where we are treated like we are a nuisance especially because the services are not free or cheap. I am disgusted by her behaviour and I have been telling friends and family never to use that clinic if they want to be treated with respect and care.
