Disappointed and disgusted with management

Really saddened and disappointed with Bluff management. When I complained to them, I received a call from head office telling me to expect a call from the manager of the Bluff Dischem. However, 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. It is clear that he doesn't care about his loyal customers. It is also clear that Dischem discriminates against pensioners and will do anything to de***** them by supplying them the wrong goods and refusing to rectify THEIR MISTAKE as they have unprofessional and untrained staff who don't care much about the clients and treat them like dirt.
