Disappointed and disgusted

Very disappointed with dischem. After 5 years of me getting my chronic meds at dischem levys has skyrocketed. After contacting my medical aid they confirmed paying the full amount on my medicine and I should challenge dischem what the levys were for. Spoke to the pharmacist and she explained dischem has added handling fees and dispensing fees and different meds attracted higher levys. This all after there mark up and extra for medical aids patients. Disgusted, disappointed and never will I support dischem again. They could of at least informed me but instead blamed the medical for not paying.
