Disappointed

Dis-chem Fleurdal I bought 3 Nivea products because they said you buy 2 and get 1 for free. I took 2 men face wash and 1 ladies face wash. When I arrive at the till it did not subtract the money I ask the lady to call the manager. Canisha Papers came to assist but I was so disappointed at her she insisted that I should only take men or woman products to get one free. As a manager she should have used her own discretion to subtract the smallest price from my total price rather than insisting that I should take only men face wash. I also wanted to buy face wash for myself but I had to take only for men. Customer satisfaction should be her number one priority
