Disappointed

I'm very disappointed with Dis-Chem Hazeldean. I requested that my medication be delivered around 10:00, and I specifically mentioned that I would be knocking off at 14:00. They did not deliver, call, or send any message to inform me of a delay. I called and was put on hold, and I also sent numerous messages on their WhatsApp asking when I would receive my medication, but no one responded. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am even more disappointed with the response I received after lodging my complaint. This level of service is totally unacceptable.
