Disappointed

I entered the Valentine's day competition on the 12/02/2021. I received an email "LUCKY YOU! You have won a Dis-Chem hamper for yourself or your valentine. Please bring this email, along with proof of ID, to the Dis-Chem Store you chose, between 24 Feb and 6 March 2020 to collect your prize." I was expecting to go in-store to collect the gift then received an email requesting my delivery address. On the email is responded with my address, I clearly said the prize will be for my valentine, which is my wife. I received the gift today and it a male perfume. I contacted the customer care line and the agent said they spoke to marketing and I had selected male when I did the competition so then my question is why send me an email you have won a DisChem hamper for yourself or your valentine then the consultant said I could give that gift to my valentine, then I asked her would she wear men's perfume and she said no. Next time read the damn emails you get and respond to your clients and don't give me options, because the email clearly said for yourself or your valentine.
