Disappointed

We are highly disappointed with the service received from the pharmacy at Dis-Chem in Wynberg.

We phoned two days ago to place an order for medication and were told that someone would call us back. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted us. We followed up again and were then informed that the medication would be delivered yesterday, but no delivery was made and again there was no communication or update from the pharmacy.

This level of service is extremely frustrating, especially when it comes to medication that people may urgently need. Better communication and reliability are expected. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
