Dis-grace

I called Dis-chem Mooiriver Junction and ordered my gravely ill father's medication for covid. We all have covid in the house. They were unable to deliver meds as it was too late but said I could pick it up in the parking lot if i just got the securities attention. When I stopped there at about +-17:20 I tried to call the security over she shook her head and told me to get out of the car. I refused and insisted she come over to the car. With all the windows closed I shouted to her I have covid. She said so what. This is the person responsible for ensuring covid rules are followed when customers enter!!!!! This person should be fired on the spot, she literally wanted to endanger customers lives because she was too lazy to walk three steps. Very disappointed! I this the way Dischem treats a family in a health crisis?
