Worst customer service experienced at Dischem Krugersdorp by Bonolo Selomo working in self medication department Aproached her politely to give me nurofen tablets for pains wasnt aware that nerofen had different kinds of tablets she shouted at me saying how is she supposed to know on top of that when asking for my details she requested i give her my passport number assuming that because I didn't respond to her in her mother tongue that i was not South African. That's why there is xenophobia and tribalism in this country because people like her refuse to accept that this is a rainbow nation with 11 languages and a home of many other people born in other countries but find a home in SA and English is seen all over as a universal language of communication. She was rude and non-apoligetic. Such people should not be dealing with people especially in a pharmacy thats services patients.
