Dis-Chem's online purchase facility is absolutely useless and ***********

I purchased prescriptions medication from Dis-chem via their SMS prompt reminding me that my prescription is due. Logging into their website from the link in the SMS, you able to order medication, once order, it says that you will get a link from Ozone, the payment company. I received the link and completed payment, medication was delivered two days later. Now disc hem is saying they have no proof of payment and payment has not been received, they were going to investigate, and still awaiting their feedback. Don't use Dis-chem's online facility, they absolutely useless, they can learn from Clicks online
