Dis-Chem...Pharmacists who dont care

Pharmacists who care...Ha ha ha ha ha...what a joke. Years ago there was an insurance company whose "claim to fame" were the words "we don't hassle we pay", however people who made the mistake of insuring with them would attest to the fact that they never paid without and argument, at the time I spoke to a friend about this and he said that companies with a problem will often have a catch phrase to counter all the negative energy out there so if a company uses one you know they have a problem in that area..a few weeks later this Insurance Company was placed into liquidation. In the case of Dis-chem they are actually saying "Pharmacists who dont care" ...they dont care about sorting their issues out and clearly only care about profits. A recent encounter with their online service has proved to me that they simply don't give a damn and therefore my message to you Dis-chem ..."I don't give a damn about you either and you will not get another cent from me".........I have written to them twice and they have not responded so going through the whole saga again will be a waste of time as they still wont respond to Hellopeter. unfortunately I cant give you zero stars. Its such a pity customer care staff are not as efficient, friendly and helpful as those in the store....customer care are a disgrace
