Dis-Chem you have clearly lost the plot in terms of customer requirments.

So, Dis-Chem, have you ever dealt with a company or individual that just makes you nauseous thinking about the interaction. Well, that is exactly how I feel about any interaction with your Strubens Valley Branch. The staff there speak to you with arrogance and as though you do not have a functioning brain cell in your body. I had the misfortune of interacting with the dipensary manager yesterday the 10th September 2021, who I thought would solve the issue, rather, she treated me as though, I should be grateful, that she even agreed to speak to me. The issue is, I offered to pay via EFT after delivery, which does not seem to be an issue when their POS machines don't work, however seems to be a major issue when you request this from them. Im just really tired, of constantly reminding their driver to santize. The manager of the dispensary quickly reminded me this was not an issue as they have lots of sanitizer there. Of-course she was also present when the delivery took place.(sic) So, needless to say, we are at an empass, as Dis-chem is a Dictatorship and things need to be done their way. Please advise if you have a solution to this, preferrably from another branch. Clicks here I come, one can only take this for so, long.
