Dis-Chem yet another money grabbing medical company disinterested in wellbeing of clients

I got Covid 19. On June 30 2020, I went to the Blue Bird center and had a drive through test charged me R850. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days. They were supposed to email me my result. I did not receive the result. Almost a month later I received a telephone call from a marketing company employed by Dis-chem who asked me if I had received the result of my test. I said no and asked me for my money back. Our local branch, Victory Park weren't interested told me I had to go to Blue Bird. I then tried to contact Dis-chem through their contact web page. Again ignored by Dis-chem. Finally I found time to go across town and went to Blue Bird on Friday 2 July. I saw the nurse. I told her I wasn't interested in the result because it was over a month later and of no use to me. She took down my particulars and promised that someone would contact me. I have been ignore yet again by this disgusting and arrogant company. We also had a terrible experience with trying to obtain goods that we had paid for using their online shopping when I was in quarantine and needed supplies but obviously could not leave the house. They totally ignored us. It took over two weeks of constant hassle before they eventually responded. This is a disgusting company, it is totally arrogant and only interested in ******ing as much money from its customers especially in these trying times.
