I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt congratulations to your establishment for achieving a perfect score of 10/10 for the worst customer service experience in Rustenburg.

My recent visit to your Dis-chem store this afternoon was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by an unwarranted commentary on the size of my handbag by your security personnel. However, the real ordeal began at the exit.

I was abruptly halted and informed that a gentleman was eager to speak with me, which immediately raised confusion. Subsequently, I was escorted to the office under the pretense of a search, all while the store buzzed with month-end activity. The accusation of shoplifting left me utterly mortified.

The climax of this distressing episode came when the contents of my bag were callously emptied onto a table, only to reveal that the alleged ****** item was, in fact, my own cellphone, having received a call moments earlier.

This incident has been a sobering realization of how customers can be subjected to mistreatment, humiliation, and harassment, only to be met with a superficial apology. Blaming an independent security company for such egregious behavior, without any accountability, reflects a disregard for customer well-being.

I implore you to recognize the gravity of this situation and take proactive steps to rectify the systemic issues within your establishment. Customer satisfaction should never come at the expense of dignity and respect.
