dis chem worst place for after sales sevice for electronics

i wish i could give bellow 0 ratings sunday 17th may 2020 i went to dis chem westwood mall to buy braun clean & renew refill cartridges i have been looking and waiting for this item for over 6 months manager at dis chem was not help full but was rude he promised to call me next day till now i didn't hear from him any thing and when i asked him i bought this product from dis chem what should i do he was just arrogant and dis chem is just robing peoples of there money its worst place to shop for after service
