Dis-Chem worst Online Service Ever
Dis-Chem has the most appalling service I have ever witnessed, since its COVID, trying to stay out of shops as much as possible, one would logically make use of online ordering services in order to get what you need. Used their site to order evaqwax ear spray 45 ml, site states the item is in stock, the order number # ***, I get a phone call the next day telling me that the item ordered is out of stock ? I sent a mail to their ***, no-one has responded, nothing. I want the full amount re-funded in my account before the end of this day

28 Jan 2021, 11:40Also they wanted on the phone call to smear another product onto me which I did not order. I asked how is this going to proceed, was told "Sir we will stay in contact with you .." nothing has happened *** ?

31 Jan 2021, 11:29They phoned on 30 Jan 2021, advised that the courier would deliver my Order on the same day or Sunday 31 Jan 2021, so far no-one has phoned or contacted to advise where the courier is as I still have not received my order ..... seriously ?
