DIS-CHEM - WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE

I have order and paid on 17/03/2020. I have send multiple emails, facebook inbox and phone. Monday they promised to phone back - I'm STILL waiting (3 days later) I have asked multiple time if my order is ready or even to confirm if they have the products. NO FEEDBACK - THIS IS BAD. Only feedback is we apologies for delay. I don't need the products in 3 weeks time - I placed the order to have it within 3 - 5 days.
