I received the best customer service from Happy Malatji in the store yesterday, she is so good at what she does!

I had purchased a Vegan protein shake and used the online shopping click and collect option. There was confusion with the order and it took about 2 hours to resolve the issue. I had been waiting in the store for 2 hours.

She went out of her way to phoning online and head office to ensure I walked out with that purchase, even though the wait was long she made sure there was calm, and handled it with such patience that I remained patient.

In the end I walked out with my purchase and I was so impressed with her level of service and customer satisfaction.
