Dis-chem where is your management??

I am a fan, or used to be, of Dis-chem. They used to be strong in management, seen on the floor and trying to make a difference. an enjoyable experience. They are hardly seen these days and the level of service is clear of their disappearance. Staff also showing disinterest and i believe management needs to return and been seen and better training of staff.
