Dis - Chem Westwood Pathetic Customer Service

Dis-Chem Westwood On Saturday 9 March 2024 there was a Skin Republic Serum Promotion. The signage on the backet of serums said 2+1 R330. So i took 3 serums and went to cash out. The sales assistant said its not 3 products for R330. I told her to go have a look at the signage and please explain this promotion. She then called her supervisor that bluntly told me its a 2+1 promotion. Purchase 2 serums get the cheapest 1free. I asked again so why is there R330 on the signage. It doesn't say R330 each. I wasted over 30 minutes for no answers. As I was leaving the store very upset with the lack of information of this promotion I stopped to take a photograph of the signage. The supervisor beats me to the basket and removes all signage. I notice the signage also stated January 2024. So I asked her was this a promotion in January? Why is it still advertised in March. I said as a loyal customer I've pointed out many errors in this promotion and still I'm not given this discount. She then said she will speak to her Manager she will have to sell me the 3 serums for R330 because it was advertised on the signage. She then goes to her staff asked them why does the signage say January 2023, they all chatted for another 30 minutes. She comes back to me saying Sorry for making you wait but my manager said its a 2+1 special. I told her yes we have established that in the last 1hour. I'm asking why does it say R330. Also why didn't any of your staff, you being the supervisor and your manager notice signage saying January 2024?? Me the customer is pointing this out to you. No answers at all. She looked at me like I'm at fault. Extremely disappointed at the customer service at this branch. The supervisor and manager need to provide answers along with the advertising and marketing team.I wasted 1hour waiting for answers and was told I would get this promotion but left the store empty handed!!
