Dis-chem Volcano Trinity Smart Watch

Bought a Volcano Trinity smart watch at Dis-chem 80% charged, left it to go down to 20% charged it, but starting to charge then goes off, reconnect again, same thing. Went back to Dis-chem to exchange it, they want to keep it get an agent out to test, without an exchange, after having a fight with the manager he exchanged it, took another one on Tuesday, ( big mistake) today 2 days later sitting with the same problem, Manager made it clear that he won't exchange again, I can understand if it is a R10 000 item but it cost R1000 and they don't want to exchange it, I am all for in-store policies but to have to take it back ( 2nd one) after 2 days with the same problem and have to wait for agent to come and test it. The Volcano Trinity Smart watch is garbage will never buy one again. Dis-chem you need to relook at your policies with Volcano as it is an inconvenience to the client. Nothing smart about a watch that doesn't want to charge. Only email address available on the website
