Dis-Chem Vaal Mall Clinic

I booked an appointment for the 2 May and it agreed on they even send me confirmation. When I get there I was rudely tuned back by the nurse at the clinic. This is very disappointing as I left an important engagement, staved myself for more than 4 hours as recommended by the clinic and drive 50km to Vaal mall. Instead of them acknowledging their mistakes they ware rude and spoke to me like I was the on in the wrong.
