Dis-Chem Vaal Mall Bad attitude and no service

After jumping through hopes to qualify for the baby bag, the lady at the info counter was so rude and unhelpful, it was a mission for her just to verify the amount of points. After waiting patiently for her she just replay "Yes you have made it we will send you an email". Asking don't you need my email address she just replay " You will get the email!!".

This is a place where you would expect professional service. It is very bad.
