Dis-Chem use dishonorable method to cheat their customers.

Dis-Chem changed the rules regarding their loyalty program so that the points now expire. My wife has about R1800.00 in points which we were saving for a rainy day. Suddenly all points were gone. Dis-Chem did not inform us either by email or SMS that there would be a rule change and that we would lose our money. Their excuse www that they had a notice on the website. Even their own employees were unaware of this change. *****ing from your loyal customers is not a good business model.
