Dis-Chem *************.

On the 2nd July I had a COVID test at Dis- Chem Eastgate and paid R850 was told I would my receive my results in six days. Time passed no results after much telephoning and speaking to staff at Dis-Chem was told tests had gone to Durban as Laboratories could not cope in JHB. After 21 days I phoned complaints and later spoke with Sister Alicia Visagie who assured me I would be refunded. On the 4th August I received my results -I was negative. In the meantime I had COVID and am still recovering. Sister Visagie assured me my refund would be waiting for me at Dis -Chem Linksfield. Went there - no refund . Manger put me in touch with Val who assured me she would look into it. Still nothing. I demand my R850 back it was taken from me under false presentences.
