Dis-chem the worst service provider ever!!!

This review is for dischem health. this company is honestly the worst company to deal with. i had taken up a policy for my partner and child i was advised it was R1045.00 i took up the product on the 14th of june 2023 and then decided the product would not be what we wanted so on the 22nd of june i then contacted dischem health to cancel the product to which i received a confirmation of the cancellation. subsequently to that i was debited on the 25th june 2023 and could not under as to why. I then contacted dischem health and spoke to thabile who advised me she will get my funds refunded and received this information: kaelo dischem refund consultant: thabile 2023/06/27 ***

it is now the 03/07/2023 and have received no communication from dischem as thabile had promised i would on email. 03/07/2023 i called and spoked to zandile who cut my call and thereafter to micaela who connected me with refunds. the guy i spoked to told me he will find out to which he placed me on hold and for 23 minutes did not get back to me up until it was 5pm to which he then took me off hold and disconnected my call as that is their knock off time. this company is pathetic and dischem as a whole should be ashamed as i will never use their services again and would rather go to clicks.
