Absolutely disgusting services and rude staff!

To whom it may concern, I hope you are well!

I would like to bring the following to your attention as I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service at your branch yesterday morning. I was at the self-medication counter at 11h05 am and had to stand in a que for over 25 -30 minutes, understandably as it was month end.

However, when I reached the front of the que one of the pharmacist was still stationed at her counter. I then moved to the counter and stood ther for about half a minute without her acknowledging my existence. She then didn’t say a word and walked off, confused I remained standing there as the other counter was busy and the gentlemen behind the counter continued assisting customers that were behind me.

I stood there for another 3 -5 minutes assuming she was busy and would soon return, however to no avail.

I then asked the gentleman behind the other counter at the self- medication counters where the lady went and if the counter was still open, her then ever so rudely infornt of other customers told me, “ that’s why you wait in the que until you are called, I will assist you but you will have to go to the back of the que”?!?!?!? The same que that was now yet another 45 min long, longer than when I arrived.

I have to say at tis point I lost it, I didn’t think to even take names or ask for a manager I just left. I was and still am extremely frustrated. His demeanour and attitude was absolutely unnecessary and disgusting. To do that and in the manner in which he did in front of other patterns is absolute horrifying. Honestly would any person go stand in the back of the que after being chewed out by personnel like that…… NO!!!

I will not be leaving this here, I was in no way rude or impatient and nothing gave him the right to do and say what he did.
