Dis-Chem - The pharmacy that does'nt care

I am forced to give 1 star but they deserve zero. My medicines for November were short 2 items by Dis-Chem BlueRoute, but not needing them immediately I only discovered this later. They acknowledge they did short deliver and now my medical cover will not allow for the late dispensing - I must pay for them. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER AS IT HAS LEFT ME SHORT OF NEEDED MEDICATION. IMPORTANT suggestion: Prices are pretty well fixed - support the small pharmacies who really care - and pay NO MORE than you would pay to Dis-Chem. Less queuing too!!!!
