Dis-Chem terrible service!!!!!!

I made an order two weeks ago!!!! that came to R1000 and I still haven't received my parcel, this is absurd, Dis-Chem is playing with people's lives!!! I did not get ANY FEEDBACK AT ALL, Dis-Chem you stole my money and now I demand a refund!!!!!
