Dis-chem taking online orders with promotional prices and later no stock. Misleading customer

<p>Good day,<br /><br />I have ordered something online and choosen an option as click & collect. When i have contacted stores to collect my order, no stock. I don't understand why did dis-chem take orders if they dont have stock which is ridiculous and very much inconvenience to customers. As this is dis-chem's mistake carlswarld dischem is not even prapared to give the product i want from different brand for the same price which is even more ridiculous as you are giving inconvenience. I did not expect this from dischem. Please resolve my problem before even I circulate the same on social media.</p>
