Dis-chem stole over R1600 from me

I made a purchase to the total of over R1600 yesterday 23 October 2022 at Dischem Delivery. They took the money and didn't deliver. i Received a call from head office saying that there was something wrong with my order and that it would be cancelled, but they didn't reverse the money they took. and at this point no one is saying thing regarding when ill get my money back. Dis-chem is not only ****** but they are ******* too
