Dis-Chem staff not properly trained and not informing clients of hampers or special deals

In general, I LOVE Dis-Chem, but I am very very dissapointed in them... I am currently 35weeks pregnant, and yesterday 22/01/2019 , I went to go and buy all my things for my home birth... NOT ONE store attendant even mentioned the baby hamer that they are giving if you spent X amount... I spent R1337.80 in Dis-Chem . How are woman suppose to know about this baby hamer, if the people in store don't inform them??? I feel they should be trained well enough to tell pregnant moms about this. I really really would of liked this baby nappy bag with all the products inside, if only I knew about it. Today a friend of mine told me about it... and now its too late... I feel I deserve this baby haper and that it should be sent to me!!!! This happend at Dis-Chem Cape Road, Port Elizabeth. Cashier 127451 L Kato. Till no 0006. This man could see that Im highly pregnant and should of asked me if I have app**** for the hamper. I have proofe that I spent this amount! I deserve this baby hamper!!!! ********** 285 my number!!!
